Teo (ティオ, Tio) and Lippti (リプティ, Riputi) are the two twins living in Historia. They summon Stocke after his defeat at Lazvil Hills and reveal him the true power of the White Chronicle, thereafter informing him of how his decisions will eventually lead to the world's salvation.

Background[]
Teo and Lippti were born in the Old Empire, 180 years before the events of the game. They are the children of a thaumatech engineer, and they were known as gifted geniuses throughout the whole empire.
After the Black Chronicle went out of control and the emperor decided to seal the monster, the twins were volunteered by their father to stay in Historia and protect the seal. They would later become the guides to all the sacrifices that would pass through Historia in order to maintain the seal.
